While I don't think Poll is a "bottlejob", I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned or kicked up a stink about the McCarthy dive. If he gets the deserved punishment, nay, the punishment attributed to that offence in the FIFA rulebook, he then goes and gets booked for dissent and gets a second booking. Not an excuse for us losing, but if McCarthy gets that first booking, the path of the game almost certainly changes.
