Doyle receives two nominations

Kevin Doyle has been nominated for the FAI player of the year and young player of the year. In the first category, the other two nominees are Shay Given and (rather surprisingly) Damien Duff. For the young player award, he´s up against Paul McShane and Aiden McGready.

Can see him winning both to be honest.

Definitely, he's been the best Irish footballer by far this season. Shay Given has also done well, as usual (severely underrated), but Kevin's been brilliant.
