That's the play-off hunt over then.

Congrats, Macca. You and the lads have been a revelation this year.

PS. Apparently his nickname is 'Cat'

Looking at the pics on the OS and didn't realise Siggy was so tall (6ft 1 apparently)

I really am taken aback at the turnaround of the club. 3 months ago we were dead and buried without a permanent manager and facing an impossible FA Cup tie. I had given the season up as a bad job and that were were heading for League 1.

Well, I was wrong! Well done BMcD. You deserve much of the credit for the progress that has been made.

Mills sent off, three match ban for violent conduct, and 2-0 down at half time.

I hate this award!

No loss really, but a shame yes. Season all but over now, and we can look forward to next season and hopefully a few more in and outs in the summer.

Kissmahwilly and Pearce is a more than suitable partnership.

I believe that Messiah is the poster formally known as Jay, which may explain the sheer stupidity of the above.

Why? We're playing the season out, there's no pressure. What's to lose?

Refers to previous post.

What exactly is the harm in playing Pearce? What is there to lose? We're safe, we're not going to make the play-offs. So?

I wonder if the reason behind the teams recent change of fortune is down to the team taking the soon to be made illegal - Meow Meow?

Was in not Pearce that was beaten to the ball for Ipswich's opener?
Was it not also Pearce who failed to get any noticable challenge in for Ipswich's second?

Both of them were headers. Mills is so much better in the air than Pearce. If Mills had have been marking those players I believe they would not have socred. The case for the prosecution rests m'lud.

Who let the crosses in? Did Pearce make terrible mistakes, or was he just beaten?

It's simply not that simple. If I could be arsed, I could trawl the archives to find examples of worse defending from Mills I'm sure.

I still don't get this. The season is done and dusted for us now. Nothing to lose. There is absolutely no harm in playing Pearce.
