Royals and Racers Pereira has rib injury and is out for 3/4 weeks


A rib injury in training....what the hell do they do??


Got it against Exeter in the 2nd half, had treatment for it. 3/4 weeks means it`ll probably be after Christmas when we see him again.

Yes, definitely happened in training prior to the Exeter game as confirmed by NH in his post-match interview with TD yesterday. However, from what he said, it seems it is actually a muscle detached from his ribs rather than a hip injury. Was it initially misdiagnosed?
