Our current brand of so-called passing football is all well and good, but no-one can dispute that a McDermott team would have held on for the win on Saturday.

Don't get me wrong though, I still think that the manager has at least another couple of games grace period before Anton needs to start looking for alternatives.

Tell that to the one tgat gave up leads against swansea etc and got comfortably beaten by them in every champ game. A bmacteam wwouldn't have got in to such a commanding position in the first place.

There's no point delaying the change until after the end of the transfer window - the new guy will need to bring in his own players.
