Just watched ince interview, he’s clearly not interim and the boss man for sure. Talking about bringing in his own people so imagine Alex Rae coming in, he’s not to be messed with. He spoke well and imagine style of play will change. I am optimistic we can get those 5 more wins under him. URZ.

yeah said the right things. Can see he isn't to be messed with either, and was pretty damning about the 2 wins in 20 - something is wrong here etc

Obviously now about translating this onto the pitch. I do very much think he'll pull the wingers right back and set up with 2 banks of 4. The massive weakness of the team is the set pieces and the huge gap between FBs and Wingers which teams exploited and were able to put cross after cross in. Looking forward to seeing how it goes tomorrow

I'm all for anyone but Paunovic. Hope Ince can get the team defending as a team.

Pepe the Horseman I'm fully onboard.

Yep I'm invested. Predict he will do reasonably well and get a 1 year deal.

We all know there's two possibilities.

He keeps us up despite a lacklustre finish, signs on for 2 - 3 years and is gone by January.

He keeps us up despite a lacklustre finish, leaves. His replacement takes us top 10 next season and is hailed as the messiah, but turns out to be a very naughty boy, taking us straight back to a relegation fight where he is kept on far too long but gone by mid March.

Yeah I liked the sound of his interview, seemed honest and committed. Genuinely hoping he does well and I'm optimistic that he will do well for us as well. Seemed a strange one on the surface and it still is to be fair, but so was Bowen and that worked out alright.

Although I will admit it was some of the best limbs I've seen from an away end at the Madejski

He was a pretty feisty character on the pitch as I recall, as was Ince. Looking forward to the new feisty Reading way.

Stranded

More boringly, probably someone like Alex Rae - who hasn't been in football since being fired as St Mirren boss in 2016.

Good shot.

Good shot.

At least now we know who's behind the Huang Kad account.

Good.

I've only just realised this, but while we know Pauno played for A.Madrid, Fortune played for Manure etc, it seems his assistant manager Mitrovic was used to a different level, a relative nobody playing for nothing serbian/other teams most of whom I haven't heard of, and no English experience at all? Obviously I don't know the ins and outs but I wonder if that partnership Chicago and here has not been in Pauno's interest.

Not that it matters now other than it's good to see the lot of them bugger off tbh.

Delboy Will we find out about Ejaria.

I've just seen Mr Ejaria in Sainsburys car park so he may be injured but he doesn't (currently) have Covid.

Just read this announcement, Leigertwood is also in the dugout. First I've seen of that. Has it been announced that he is a coach? I thought he just looked after the welfare of the youngsters and kept an eye on those loaned out.
