I'm going to stick my neck out here and predict that we will survive this season.

I think we need to revert back to playing the way we play best, 442, and have a go at our opponents.

We will also need to spend in January.

But my gut feel is that, if you look at who the first 7 games of this season have been against, its been a really tough start; lets see how we fare when we play teams that are also going to be down in the bottom third of the division come April/May.

It was a good game and despite losing made me proud to be a supporter of both teams, glad I wasn't alone in celebrating the first liverpool goal!

Pretty meh. All of the team but a very good Cummings were pretty crap. 2nd half wasn't awful, but not great either.

That was the standard tripe we've come to expect this season. The 1st half we were bad. The second half we started even worse but for the last half hour managed to be bright and breezy and look half decent.

I still don't understand us playing 4-5-1, I see why we should do it (esp. away) but don't understand us doing it with the players we've got.

Kebe was bad (again) but that maybe more to do with the standard lack of service we've come to expect.

And still we struggle on and on with no plan B, hell when we play 4-5-1 we struggle to even have a plan A.

Rahim Sterling though - he is outstanding and should be in the England squad............

Oh well there's always Fulham with Noriega and Berbatov etc.

Zaretsky Haven't read, watched or listened to anything about the match but when I go to the BBC match report, it takes them 12 paragraphs to mentioned the word 'Reading'. :|

Followed, no doubt, by the words "were fucking shite"

Am I the only one that thinks this pretty much sums up my experience of supporting Reading nowadays. Today was full of 'sit downers' and day trippers who were more than happy to belt out you'll never walk alone rather than back the away team.

Bored of this already, I don't give a oxf*rd if you have a shiny replica shirt with premier league badges, If I want to stand up and sing then I will. Fcuk off.

Yep completely agree. Why the hell would you be celebrating a Liverpool goal?

Not a single mention post match on MOTD. Not the tiniest suggestion that we were even playing today.

Let me get this straight. Some of Reading's away fans were celebrating the Liverpool goal? They deserve a slap!

Because PBR is basically a Liverpool supporting cunt. As for any Reading fan singing you'll never walk alone, shame on you. No really.
