Long is twice the player Le Fondre is and will ever be.

Outside the 18 yard box Le Fondre is ineffective whereas Long could score as well as link up the play.

Agree. We would probably get around that. I didnt think Shane Long was worth 6m but thats the sort of price that gets paid for players these days, clubs just overpay. If Long is worth 6m then Le Fondre is worth around the same. I think Le Fondre is better than Long in terms of scoring goals, Long is just a better all rounder and works very hard.

ALF has shown far more in the games he has started since Sharp left than Sharp ever did whilst he was here. You underrate him.

Not sure how you can say a striker with a record of scoring a goal more than every three games at every level he's played at, including the top flight, is over-rated. That's truely phenomenal.

I said a team Like Cardiff. In other words a team who will more than likely be defending for the majority of games and a team that would not create a lot of chances in attack

I don't think he's arrogant either personally. He's openly said he wants to play & was frustrated at not doing so. Adkins said he needs to ask himself why he's not playing & he's worked hard to get back in, kept his head down, scored 2 hat tricks & linked up superbly with Pog. I think he's a very good professional TBH.
