TheMaraudingDog Oh, and playing Harte against a pacey winger also wasn't really a master stroke.

Correct, and I am afraid that Snowball - for all the good job he has done - didn't seem to learn much from our two defeats to Swansea this season. As I have said on another thread, TMD and Kes's careers are on the wane and I'd be very much inclined to release the pair of them.

in all fainess he would've been a better midfielder today tooNo Fixed Abode Cummings would have been a better bet at right back.

You'd rather Brian had selected Marcus Williams then?

He's a Man Utd fan, he'd rather we'd selected Andy Bernal!

Basingstoke Royal My only problem with Griffin today was the pen. That killed the game, for a nothing challenge when the ball was going out. He is supposed to have all these years of experience and to do what he did was unprofessional and unforgivable.
I also thought zurab on the third goal was similar. Surely he is old enough and wise enough to know that "if in doubt kick it out".
I thought the experience in our team might make the difference yesterday - it did but for all the wrong reasons.
