Would you be calling these draws reasonable results if Rodgers was still here?
Draws away against Bristol and home vs Swansea in their current form? Yes, yes I would. But at the same time Rodgers put pressure on himself to win hard games by fouling up so many easier ones. McDermott also gets more leeway for being early in his tenure and inheriting a squad from someone else he can do nothing about.
Rodgers had an entire preseason and signed seven players, he also had 23 games prior to these two in which to show me something I could believe in, and failed in all but one or two.
