The 17 Bus would it actually be possible for S'ton to open another area for Reading fans??

I don't see why not - they've closed off their corners this season because of lack of fans turning up.

You can get them before the day of the game, I think.

For anyone looking to buy on the day or go in the home end.

http://www.clubfanzine.com/southampton/ ... p?id=16683

"Reading have confirmed that they have sold all their tickets for their visit to St Mary's on Sunday 28th December, as usual with the prospect of away supporters attempting to purchase tickets for the home sections, Saints will now only sell to those that are on their database, ie were previously season ticket holders or members or bought a ticket by credit/debit card.

Although there is sure to be somebody who turns up to buy a ticket and isnt on the database, with over 50,000 supporters actually on it, these incidences should be few and far between, anyone who wants to go to the game and feels that in the past they have only used cash to buy a ticket should perhaps get a freind on the database to get the ticket for them or alternatively call the ticket office in advance and explain their predicament and check if they are on the list.

Hopefully the lure of a local derby over the Xmas period should see a bumper crowd, perhaps approaching the 23-25,000 mark, certainly this game and the Man Utd fixture will not only bring some much needed revenue into the club, but also give supporters the pleasurable experience of seeing a St Mary's with many more supporters than empty seats."

B'ham don't have a great fanbase. Too many other decent clubs nearby doing better.

Villa challeging for Champs League, Baggies in the Prem, Wolves walking the chumpionship. We've had a better attendence than them for 2 or 3 seasons now.

The most ironic thread in Hobnob history.

Simular to us, there is a shortage of plastic in brum.

Therefore not enough ST's could be produced.

Yeah 3 p.m. kick off SO9. After the way that some of their support reacted up at our place giving it the Billy Big B*****. I would love it,just love it if we were to go down there and play 'em off the pitch.

Don't worry, as long as the players don't have a christmas hangover, we'll turn them over and get back the 3points the stole from us last month.

How's SSC going to select for the boxing day clash and then away at So'ton 2 days later?
Strikers must be so tired by now!

I'm going to this one.

Saints are one of the clubs I really hate losing to and they massively caught us on an off day.

With the fomr we're in and the fact we could introduce Kebe off the bench to run very fast at slow, tired defenders gives me hope.
