There was an under-20's game at the MadStad - some wunderkid called Tyson scored twice.

I bought the teamsheet for that game signed by Tyson years ago when the official site were auctioning (or may have been fixed prices, can't remember now) off items. Was the cheapest thing available and I thought it may have gone on to be worth more than I paid for it but sadly Nathan hasn't really done the business...

It's sat in a drawer somewhere now.

15th Oct 2002 against FYR Macedonia U21 in front of 15,500 won 3-1

1. There is no apostrophe in U21s.

2. There is no Mong Stad in the UK.

.. and that's all.

And we had that England B international a few seasons back, when Robert Green got injured taking a goal kick. It is strange we have not had an under 21 for ages maybe something to do with the pitch? The egg chasers ripping it up?

Was in the Directors' Box for this.

Did a whizz next to Claudio Ranieri (in the toilets, not the DB).

So what happened to England 5-0 Luxembourg in September 1999?

Scorers Steven Gerrard, Francis Jeffers, Lee Hendrie, Carl Cort and Frank Lampard. I know I didn't f*cking dream it because I was there as a part of the 18,094 crowd...

England B 1-2 Belarus.

England 1 up through Jermain Jenas at half time, Green ruptured his groin taking a goal kick and Kutuzov equalised. Belarus reduced to 10 men but they still managed to score a quite excellent winner through Kornilenko.

I was also there in the crowd of 22,032.

Well indeed, 3 September 1999. Tommy Burns was in the final couple of weeks as Reading manager then.

I've been driving that way for years and there is only one stadium there these days. There used to be 2 (one for speedway and one for football). No sign of an extra one called the Mong - sorry.

Oh, and I am not your mate.
