does the floor around were we sit ever get cleaned.

i was completely disgusted with the state of it around my seat the other day, i had to put quite a bit of effort to get my feet off the ground, it was like a giant bit of chewing gum was on the floor.

I noticed that took, I don't think it's been cleaned since it opened. They probably rely on the wind as most of the dirt is piled up by the stairs.

Stadium Manager I would suggest...

If you always sit in the same seat then take your chewing gum home rather than leaving it on the floor

The cleaners are hanging around the concourses at the end of every game but I doubt they do much more than clear the paper and loose rubbish. There might be a couple of sessions with pressure hoses during the year but I can't see them spending days scraping gum off the steps by hand...

Just think yourself lucky that you don't sit in the front corner of a block of seats. The cleaners' tactics are clearly to sweep all the rubbish down the steps and then along into a corner. Shame they can't be bothered to shovel it up and remove it at that point! No doubt the cleaners are paid peanuts but their supervisors will be paid a bit extra and should make sure the job is done properly.

I agree with the point that, when it comes to chewing gum, the real cuplrits are those who spit it out on the floor in the first place.

I spotted a whole heap of discarded spirit bottles near my seat on Saturday.

RFC really need to get to grips with this sort of thing.

My seat was finally replaced after a whole season of it being broken.
