This one is in the past - Pompey's new stadium before it all went tits up!

Looks smart but they wouldn't deserve it.

Ok, so when looking for a picture of the ground chelsea would be playing in, you ignored the hundreds of pictures of the completed stadium available, and chose to post a picture of the ground in mid-construction instead.

Or perhaps chelsea are going to put cones out and play on the park that's replaced the old ground.

You know how sometimes stadiums get knocked down and houses built where they once stood?

Well, there is this...

This one seems fine, except there are some trees growing on the pitch. The groundsman needs to sort that out ASAP.

A very strict segregation policy here. We've all heard of the barely contained sectarian bitterness that exists between the Cox's Pippin Firm and the Granny Smith Service Station crew:

Cracking views from the Petrovsky in St Petersburg.

To be replaced by this for 2018.

The Petrovsky is great, although I was glad it stopped pissing down with rain before the match started. They average 22000 in a ground that has 21000 seats by leting people in to stand at the back behind the last row.

The stadium isn't the one being replaced though. They are replacing a vast windswept bowl to the north, which used to be called the Kirov Stadium.

The stadium started being built over three years ago, and is still though to be around two years from completion.

Yes, got that wrong. I can remember wonderful views of the Petrovsky from the river cruiser on the way to Peterhof.
