Racist incident on the tube - caught by one camera phone
2000 Chelsea fans being tear gassed - no footage whatsoever

YateleyRoyal Found it on the Independent website. Report is littered with words such as 'reportedly' and 'claimed - no proof offered. Plus, if that's how they were acting on the tube..

It's the police's fault as that's what fans do.

What, racially abuse commuters and kick them off trains?

It's not like you don't have an agenda against Chelsea is it? That's quite obvious.

Yep - seen it many a time. You always get a small minority of idiots at any club who do stupid things like this. However, it's the police's fault for not being there.

Let me get this right - you are blaming the police for not stopping the incident, instead of blaming those doing it?!

Are you honestly trying to suggest its the fault of the police that a bunch of retarded Chelsea fans racially abused a French commuter and kicked him off a train? really?

I refuse to believe anyone can be that retarded, even a Chelsea fan...

The clip would have been funnier if the French chap had sung back:

"Blue is the Colour
Football is the game
Poor old Matthew Harding
Shoulda took the train"

Isn't it always the way you think of these response too late though:?:

This was the case with Hillsborough wasn't it? The Police got the blame for those too impatient to get into the game, so the fans started pushing and shoving outside the stadium. Surely the same has to apply here?

What has Hillsborough got to do with this?

Come on, Kes, wake up.

Because fans were exonerated for their anti-social behaviour there - so surely the same should apply here as 'that's what some football fans do'.

There's anti-social behaviour, and there's race crime. Are you suggesting they are the same?
