readingfc13 It has been said that he would be within our price range but I don't see that personally. I'm sure it would take atleast £3 million for Swansea to even consider letting him go.

Well within our price range then.

The figure is there or thereabouts for the price range, but I doubt we'd rate the player that high, so wouldn't pay it.

Alan Partridge Jason Scotland that is...whenever I've seen him he's been a right brute up front, his goalscoring record for Swansea has been superb over the last two years. If we were or are after something a bit different up there with Lita potentially leaving, think we could do a hell of a lot worse than him.

Any thoughts? other suggestions?

No thank you. Saw him score two the other day on TV and he look cr@p IMHO. He may develop into a better player but at the moment........

His general play has never quite convinced me on the odd occasion I have watched Swansea, but you can't argue with his goalscoring record. As said previously, he could flop, but dependent on price might be worth a look.

I agree, I just can't see the club paying out a record fee on a player who is playing at Championship level for the first time this season.

Ok point taken, yet our record fee is substantially different now to what it was then.
