Simon's Church There's a good chance Southampton will be Category A straight away though, and it looks as though we won't be that high for at least a couple of years.

Simon's Church From everything I've heard we don't have the staff or the facilities to be one of the elite academies and it's unlikely that we'll have them in place when the review is done in March/April time and if that's the case we won't be able to get Category A status until at least the 2014-15 season.

ZacNaloen But there's no reason you can't upgrade the facilitie and operate as a defacto category A until the review happens.
we don't have the investment in place yet to actually do that until after next month though.
