House in Spain for sale

Due to the continuing economic crisis in Spain Mrs Ayjaydee's house in Spain remains unsold despite the 50% price reduction since it first went on the market 3 years ago.
Situated in the Lecrin Valley midway between coast and mountains it wouldn't need an awful lot spending on it to make it a reasonable holiday home.

Tokyo Sex Whale I'll offer 18,453 euros.

You are getting close, price has just been reduced to 45,000 euros negotiable (but not that negotiable).

I’d consider this if it was in Gibraltar.

Not sure whether to try and move the building or see if Gib can extend their territorial limits to include part of Andalucia.
Bit extreme but if it gets a sale ......
