Probably but you never know...

If you come and outplay us like Sheffield United and we perform badly then fair enough.

I will give credit whatever the score.

I'll expect similar games to last season. You guys won a lot of respect from us and anyone who thinks it'll be easy is a tit.

Last season was last season, Watford were picking up points and had bags of confidence going into the play offs. This season they've done f*ck all and have been out played in most of their games. I'm not saying it will be easy, but i fully expect us to win a game against Watford that will be easier than last seasons.

I don't think watford will be an easy game personally. I reckon we could be on for a defeat or draw there.

I agree, Watford may not have been the prettiest side to watch but last season they were the only side that stopped us playing not once but twice. Its no fluke they are in this division and to be fair they have only lost twice by more than one goal - and that was to Arsenal and Chelsea away - two places most teams will struggle.

Watford's team like ours has no stars, which can be an advantage, though it hasnt paid off for Watford yet. also Watford have been dealt with some cruel luck in their early games...though so have we....ie. Charlton-Hunt penalty not given, pompey-mendes handball, though its fair to say we have had some better luck - how often do you get the penalties like against man u given

I still think we have the quality to get something, though it will be a close game and i reckon we'll nick a 1-0 win

I think our season may have been different if we have lost to boro....the 3-2 kept that all important confidence intact

Watford arent out of it yet...look at Sheff utd, last week has made a big change to their league position

I would like to see all three of us stay up would be good for the championship and most of all stick two fingers up to the sp called experts who had all three of us to go down at the start.

Don't really agree we have been done in 'most of our games.

The teams that have totally outplayed are as you might expect:

Arsenal
Chelsea
Man U (in part)

Maybe for 20 mins or so a team (Sheffield Unite/Fulham) have piled on pressure because our performance level has dropped and dominated a game but that happened last season as well.

We have given a good account of ourselves and actually deserved a lot of the points taken and more.

In many ways toughest game of the season. Both fielding very similar teams to last year and Boothroyd seems to know who to stop us from being able to play. The biggest difference at the moment will be the confidence levels of the respective sides. If we score early then we will win - the longer it goes at 0-0 the tougher it will get.

By and large, every time a defender controls the ball with his outstretched arm in the box, then stops dead and turns straight to the ref with "bang to rights" written all over his face!!

But you're spot on that we've had our fair share of good fortune, and that watford won't be pushovers

I'd settle for the normal dreadful boring 0-0! However, will not be happy if they carry on cheating with the towels and rolling the ball through surface water when it's a throw in to the visitors!

Just for one very rare occasion I was in full agreement with the whinger Warnock when he stated that Watford's conduct in that respect 'wasn't on' and was cheating.
