Apparently we are interested in Oldham's young winger Chris Taylor.

Why?

It's not like you'll see us sign a Wayne Routledge or similar!

That looks more like a rumour that we WERE interested a while back, not that we ARE interested now.

And Jay, why are you so obsessed with how much we spend, when once again it is being proved you don't need to spend mega bucks on big named underachievers to get places?

Why wouldn't we sign Wayne Routeledge?

Well apart from being heavily linked with a move to a Premiership club, we wouldn't pay what would be required to get him.

We don't really need any wingers.
Not really heard of him before, not one of the names that people mention when talking about good talent in the lower divisions.

That is because most people know feck all about what happens in the lower divisions.

Were people talking about Shunt before he came here?

I see your point but i still think that when a player has got quality, a lot of people talk about him. That articles the first ive heard of him and havent really seen much else from him.
Whereas players like matt fryatt, richard lambert, gary hooper, lucciano bechio, gary roberts, antony sweeney, have all looked quality this year, and ive heard more about a few of these.

I wouldn't of placed Taylor on that list, but true that no one knows, so he could be a good player i suppose.
