The Gillette Soccer Special vidiprinter will need to spell out the amount of goals in favour of Preston. Dean Austin to be in caretaker charge for the 'Boro game.

All is good and we are 1-0 up at half time (Rasiak) then a rousing half time talking by Madejski puts some perspective on the outcome, his tounge lashing about cloth cutting and not wanting to pay win bonuses wins through again and we lose 3-1 !

Without stating the obvious that would not be a good outcome...

Can't see much from this. Would love the Lillies to capitulate like they did in the cup against Spurs, but we've not got a Crouch or a R. Keane.
Lillywhites 2
'Ding 0
Flashes of greatness from Rasiak, but no one playing with him will be difference.

We're being outplayed most weeks but only just losing in terms of goals. Swansea is probably the best example.

Bullshit. Swansea is the one example. So far it has often been the other way round. Dominating the game but drawing or losing by the odd goal.

E.G. Cardiff, Donny, Watford and 'Boro (first half in particular), Nottm Forset.....

1-1 at half time, but as our confidence is so great, we ease back and lose 3-1. Maybe O'Dea will score.

Got a feeling we will win this one. No logic or RTGs, just a feeling inside of me when I walk down the road, but then maybe its because I'm a Readinger, that I love Reading so.

1-2, away support 286 including the coach driver.

From the BBC preview: -

Third in the table and having just ended what was the longest unbeaten home run in the Football League, Preston are in brilliant form.

The recent departure of key defender Sean St Ledger to Middlesbrough does not seem to have affected North End, whose win at Leicester on Saturday was their fourth consecutive victory at the Walkers Stadium and the Foxes' first defeat there for a year.

Reading, on the other hand, are struggling. Saturday's draw against Watford extended their winless run at home to 14 games. They are just above the bottom three - and could find themselves in it if they lose at Deepdale.

No Championship club has this season been involved in more goalless draws (three), failed to score more often (five times), lost more matches from winning positions (two) and dropped more points in games they have led (eight) than the Royals.

Can't see any better than a comfortable defeat (3-1 seems a popular prediction)

0-2 (only because it has to be the correct score one day - or maybe not)
