royalexile Until the RTG's have their dreams shattered Chi. Then it's almost like a bile fest. Please all hark back to the 'where will you think we will end up' thread and be happy that we are at least hitting expectations this season.

Yep. Moving towards where we should have been all season IMO.

We are now 8 points behind 6th place with a game in hand, and 6 points ahead of the team in 22nd (ironically the same team that were 21st on 26th January), with a game in hand

While there's no doubting the (minor) coincidence, I'm failing to grasp the inherent irony, if any
"Ironic" is the borough council going into closed session to discuss the Open Meetings Act

RobRoyal It's amazing how, even when they've recently been made to look utterly stupid, some people can't help carrying on with absolute pronouncements. Is everyone so desperate to draw attention to themselves?
We probably won't be getting into the playoffs.

I'm on record as saying before the season started "Mid-table finish, might just sneak into the play-offs" - and I'm still happy with that as a prediction.

Just a bit of reverse fate-tempting, grumpy.
And in any case, I wish people would focus on the fact that we are closer to the drop than promotion. I recall a few wins in March of 2008 and the likes of Andrew1957 crowing against the nay sayers. Now that was utterly stupid.

Platypuss We're certainly on a great run. But how many good teams did we beat?
