No...russia is only a couple of hours ahead.

Not sure where you've got that from - Moscow is +3 hours, but Vladivostok is +10!

European Russia is 3 hours ahead so at a guess 9.30am, 2pm and 5.30pm our time there - not sure how far East they are stagin games though but can by up to +11 hours.

How the hell can you host a football competition in June in an Arab state (smaller than Wales) where the temp often gets over 50C except for cold hard cash - are they building air conditioned arenas?
