But our style of play relies on the full backs being able to get up and down regularly and Griffin and Harte struggle to do this on a regualr basis. Both players bring a good sense of positional play and an ability to read the game - especially Griffin. If we are to forego overlapping fullbacks then more creativity is required elsewhere on the park - and as has been mentioned, will be without both Legs and Karacan in the middle unless we go back to one up front.

Not sure Harte's height at CB would be a big problem, He's strong, experienced and always shown himself to be good in the air at left back for us. Again, he's slow and moving him to CB isn't exactly very progressive for us.

I'd not want him to be first choice there, but he'd be quality back up.
