TheMaraudingDog Why do reading hate Swindon and Oxford?
roadrunnerTheMaraudingDog Why do reading hate Swindon and Oxford?
Why do United hate City? One club is from Manchester and the other...

No Fixed Abode From a neutrals perspective Brighton traditionally have always been than Reading. Reading have been bigger since 2005, but now they're on a par, but The Seagulls edge it for me as they're a more well known franchise.

TheMaraudingDog I can recall occasions when I've been on holiday with m8s in Portugal, Italy, Spain, France and Germany where a local has come up to a m8 in a Reading shirt and asked if it was Brighton.

In case any Reading fans tell me to get over it, last time we went there they were still booing Mark McGhee about 10 years after he left them.
sandman I've got an image of NFA and TMD holding hands whilst skipping through a field of Daisies telling each other how wonderful they are. It's a proper Bromance, kind of endearing but disturbing at the same time and also quite apt for a thread about Brighton. In case any Reading fans tell me to get over it, last time we went there they were still booing Mark McGhee about 10 years after he left them.
Fairweather, plastic , etc but booing a manager who left us over 10 years ago... Yeah that makes perfect sense.at football message boards. Home of the logic impaired.
