Leeds (H)

by Dare to Dr£am » 29 Feb 2012 09:59

Thought I would get our tickets nice an early but got a bit of a surprise when booking our seats in Y26. Most of them have gone that we would normally have (Row Y up and in blocks of 2 and 3).

There's some crappy seats in the first 10 or so rows but I don't like the view. Had to settle for sitting on my bill but got a decent seat.

With a full away end likely it looks like a 22k to sell-out.

Leeds always good for atmosphere
Warnock - enough said
Matt Mills - enough said

Should be fun!

Wouldn't be surprised to see large parts of Y26 segregated off.

How can they when most of it is STH's? They have announced netting off a small area in front of the scoreboard from next season if we are still in the Championship though, which is still ridiculous. We didn't have trouble at the end of our promotion campaign in this division when we sold out the latter games, or when we were in the Premiership.

Isn't the netting already there?

Just bought mine, and for Leicester and Blackpool. Blackpool still a doddle tho.

Usually you can sit in the rows under the scoreboard. They're all greyed out for Leeds, as is most of Y26, so they're either bought or as you say possibly cordened off in advance.

Most of the seats in East Stand had gone for the Portsmouth game when we looked for m8s the other day too.

just bought my tickets for the rest of the season except for palace. Whats with them not selling them in y26? hoping that if sales start to increase might open it up again!

i had a look at yesterday's game and there is now netting directly under the scoreboard. unless it is a sell-out these seats are out of operation. as for the rest of y26, that's just down to demand and buying them up early.

We can always give them half initially and see how the sales go as well.

We can give them 6,500 and they will still sell out.

its the whole of the seats from the scoreboard down right to the front that will go next season not just that small area

From experience, Y26 usually shows as unavailable online and even in the TO to avoid people buying there. There'll be more availability as the other areas fill up. That said of course Leeds is always a popular game so yes the stadium will get busy fairly quickly obv
