For what its worth I dont hate Federici I just dont rate him . In my opinion Mcarthy is a better keeper and should have started ahead of Federici last season. Certainly should not have been dropped for the playoffs the season before as Mcarthy was on form going in to them

I don't want him playing at the moment because he's been rubbish this season, far more relevant than what he did last season at a lower level, and because McCarthy has played well and deserves to keep the shirt.

Granted Federici played well last year but for whatever reason hes been terrible this season he has made mistakes in almost every game he played. Mcarthy has made some cracking saves.

I wouldnt say that Federici won us the league last season. I think you will find that the rest of the squad had something to do with that. Infact if Mcarthy hadnt played a blinder for Ipswich against Southampton Reading would have finished second.
