Doubt it. McD prefers 4-4-2, but realised after half a dozen games that we can't play that formation with our squad in the premiership. If McD had stayed we'd have probably gone back to 4-4-2 next year, as that's what got us promoted last year under McD.
Adkins seems to go with 4-5-1/ 4-3-3 with more dynamic players.
I think Le Fondre's done enough to attract a bid from either an established premiership club (WBA) or one of the newly promoted sides.
He'd flourish in a top side with good, regular service.
