The fact that he is rated so highly in the odds given those managers without a club is a feather in his cap, and ours. If he decides not to go, then given the shite circumstances he finds himself currently in, it could be that he sees a real future here, and remember he knows more behind the scenes than the vast majority of us. I have no doubt staying would also endear him to more fans, and a cynic could argue that maybe this could have been a PR exercise from the start. There is a chance that new ownership and even just mild investment could rejuvenate a squad of little difference that were essentially performing better in the Prem last year.
