If it's a pleasure move, like sputtering the lips, I think it's almost a complement - a way of saying Rodger is a considerate lover.
If it means he chops them up into a fine powder, and rails them like chang, that's very creepy and a bit Patrick Bateman. More insulting though rather specific and I'm not sure it's appropriate.

Not sure why West Brom would appoint a man to keep them up and take them to the next level who has singularly failed to impress in the PL bar one lucky month.
They'd do better with the likes of Hughton, Mackay, Lambert etc.

Presume Terry Burton being announced as Technical Director - means he'll have a fair bit of input into the coaching of the team, I think McD would work well with him, plenty of managers wouldn't want a Technical Director....
