I reckon he either has a delusional sense of self belief (TBF many sports people do), or he is happy to use his career primarily as a way to get a lifestyle he enjoys

Darwin Nunez apparently on his way to Napoli for a deal worth about £45m.

Liverpool have to sell 1 non homegrown player (plus 1 for every non home grown player brought in from here on) so, although they've made a substantial loss on him, he's the one player Liverpool fans won't be too upset about losing.

Watch him score a shed-load in Italy.

Jarrell Quansah to Leverkusen nearly there, at £30m + £5m add-ons. Liverpool have a buy-back option for €60m, active from 2027.

Yep, especially with KDB feeding him.

Various sources saying Guehi to Liverpool is close. I'm still not convinced this is happening but a couple of reliable Liverpool sources going with it - just not the likes of Ornstein and Romano yet.

Pretty much a done deal, Liverpool want a replacement for Quansah, plus still haven’t replaced Matip, and Guehi wants (unsurprisingly) to go there. Just a matter of Palace agreeing the fee which I think is going to be in the £50m region - not too bad given he’s ooc next year.

I think I remember that Chelsea get a hefty %age of any fee on Guehi

‘Neighbours’ Svindon have made a bit of a left-field signing.
Jake Tabor (22) joins them from Combined Counties team Amersham Town.

Sutekh Well SecondPlace FC look like they’ll miss out on Zubimendi, who now appears to be Real bound, so are finally attempting to buy a striker by the name of Sexko or something.

Supposedly all agreed. Sociedad have some tax thing that means they need Arsenal to delay the announcement until July.

Quotes from Zubi and Alonso last week suggested all is not done and Madrid are supposedly launching a late bid to persuade him otherwise….

Like all good transfer deals we’ll just have to wait and see :?

Signs for Arsenal.
