Hunt is Mr Draws

We drew too many at the end of last season which meant we didn't reach the Play-Offs

We've drawn too many this season too. Sometimes going ahead then conceding, sometimes coming from behind to salvage a draw.

The situation we're in we need to somehow be converting these draws into wins but we seem to be incapable for one reason or another

Freezing cold wind added to the flat atmosphere in the ground which is becoming the norm with the low crowds we’re attracting now at home

Can’t fault the effort of most of the players with Paddy Lane working his socks off a great example, but, I’m afraid that’s about as good a team as we are.

We have to accept we’re a very mediocre team with a squad of average division one players . Take Wing out of the team we’d be in deep shit.

It’s going to be a long hard slog back to the glory days, but as the infamous saying goes, You can’t polish a turd.

Suprised there's no mention of Stevens, I think he's a poor keeper and can't wait to get Piera back. We'd of had a few more points if Piera had played the last few games.

Hunt hasn't had much luck with injuries, but I'm not sure what other choice he had with a backup keeper.

Didn`t do much wrong yesterday apart from the early fumble, made a couple of decent saves.

Personally I think it’s Hunt’s management and coaching team along with some poor selections generally

Anybody know what gesture was the Billy Sharpe did to the JMS when he got subbed? looked like a wanker sign with his hand.

I said to my brother yesterday that fans always forget the crucial save that a keeper makes to keep us in the game.
I don't think Stevens is a world beater but so far he has done better than I expected.

One brilliant save v Northampton and at least 3 crucial saves yesterday gained us points that we might not have got.

There are so many other problems with our team but I don't see him as being a major one and I would expect him to have saved the Doyle shot yesterday-we can thank their keeper for us getting one point yesterday otherwise we would be even closer to the relegation places.

I think pie eater summed it up well that we just aren't very good.

BTW Hunt spoke afterwards about signing an out of contract player-if we do then either the player will get crocked in his first game or will take 3 months to get up to speed having done no pre-season with a club.

I have no problem with players reacting to a crowd after they have been receiving pelters although the squeaky clean perfect world people from the FA might not agree.
