morganb Hunt is Mr Draws
We drew too many at the end of last season which meant we didn't reach the Play-Offs
We've drawn too many this season too. Sometimes going ahead then conceding, sometimes coming from behind to salvage a draw.
The situation we're in we need to somehow be converting these draws into wins but we seem to be incapable for one reason or another

PieEater Suprised there's no mention of Stevens, I think he's a poor keeper and can't wait to get Piera back. We'd of had a few more points if Piera had played the last few games.
Hunt hasn't had much luck with injuries, but I'm not sure what other choice he had with a backup keeper.

AthleticoSpizz “Drawn to Success”
Old enough to have sported the HNA tee-shirt ‘back in the day’…we scraped promotion based on draws iirc.
2002 was it?

Gunny Fishcake Freezing cold wind added to the flat atmosphere in the ground which is becoming the norm with the low crowds we’re attracting now at home
Can’t fault the effort of most of the players with Paddy Lane working his socks off a great example, but, I’m afraid that’s about as good a team as we are.
We have to accept we’re a very mediocre team with a squad of average division one players .

I think you do some of those players a significant disservice as they are better than you describe them and have proven themselves to be so either with us or elsewhere. Even if you are correct, we should be comfortably in midtable, not flirting with relegation.

Armadillo Roadkillleonbcubed So do I
Thought Lane was excellent
Trying to discredit or dismiss people’s criticism as lacking analysis is arrogant.
Tell me where we are improving. Tactically how is Hunt changing the way we play? Which individuals during his tenure has Hunt improved?
You calling me arrogant is so "pot calling the kettle black" I can't take it seriously.
I refer you back to the games against Exeter and Northampton. If you don't think from Cardiff onwards there has been a considerable improvement I can't help you.

HoundCrowbar6753 What was the point in bringing MOM on with only a few minutes to go? Really should of changed things up around the 70 min mark bringing MOM up top and push big Kelvin out wide right in his better position. At least it would give there defense something different to worry about.
Would agree with this very much
We can’t just be relying on Marriott to score goals for any number of reasons - but the main one is we’re stuffed if he gets injured for any period of time

I refer you to my answer the last time this sort of question was asked. It's about buying more time, not really who comes on.
MOM isn't a player to bring on with 20 minutes to get you a goal. He's a total blank.

Dunno he looked quite good vs Northampton
By the same measure Danny K isn’t a player to keep on when you want a goal either based on 1 goal and 1 dodgy assist in almost 1000 league and cup minutes

MOM basically had one good slide against Northampton that didn’t go in. He mostly looks mostly lost.
Kyerewaa is a false equivalence, who from the bench is coming on for him with Garcia, Camara, Ritchie and Osho out. He also got in once for a shot and put somr dangerous balls in, including at least one 'key pass'. And he at least has a goal and an assist, which is more than MOM.
