Reading FC's goalkeeper Adam Federici has extended his contract with the club for a further two years. The player is now contracted to the Royals until the summer of 2015. Federici has been rewarded for another excellent season in which he only missed out on playing in the League Cup exit.
Federici has put in over 160 starts for the first team after signing on as a professional in 2005, and famously scored an equaliser against Cardiff City on Boxing Day 2008. The Australian international has a well known work ethic - always the first player at the ground to prepare for home fixtures.
